Do not hesitate to contact our reception if you have any questions or need any type of information.

Openning Hours:
The reception is open 24 hours a day.
Currency exchange and checks:
At reception you can exchange traveler's checks, Eurocheques and cash according to our currency exchange table.
We inform you that we do not accept personal checks.
Postal service and messages:
At the reception desk you will find a mailbox to deposit your letters or postcards, which is emptied several times a week.
In case you receive a letter, fax or other kind of mail, we will take it to your room.
Customer bracelet and magnetic key:
Upon arrival you will be provided with a bracelet that you must always carry with you, as it identifies you as a customer.
It must be visible so that our staff can serve you in any area of the hotel.
The magnetic key in the form of a card opens the door of your room and connects the lights when you insert it in the box next to the entrance.
Credit cards:
We accept most credit cards to pay your bills: VISA, American Express, Mastercard.
Hotel credit cards:
As a customer, you have the possibility to request a hotel credit card at reception.
By showing your customer card, you will be able to sign all the hotel invoices and charge any additional expenses to your account.
The reception will always have your updated invoice for any questions you want to make.
Check in / Check out:
  • - Check In: from 3:00 p.m.
  • - Check Out: to 12.00 p.m.
Late checkout:
On the day of departure, the room must be vacated before 12.00.
In case you need a later check-out and as long as the hotel occupancy allows us, we will put a courtesy room at your disposal as a changing room.
Batteries:
We appreciate that you do not throw used batteries in the trash, as they are polluting.
Please, we kindly ask you to hand them over to reception for recycling.
Lost objects:
We ask that all objects found in the hotel be delivered to reception, to manage the return to their owners.
