Rooms
Air conditioning:
The air conditioning switch is located on the wall next to the closet.
Remember that it will not work while the door to your terrace or balcony is open.
TV:
In the display on your desk, you will find the remote control next to the list of available television channels.
Bathroom towels:
For ecological reasons we use the following system for changing towels:
  • - Towel on the floor: "Please change it."
  • - Towel on the towel racks: "I'll use it again."
We ask you not to use the bath towels for the pool or the beach.
Pool towels:
The colored towels that you will find in the room upon arrival are for the exclusive use in the Hotel pools. 
On the day of your departure, please leave the towels in your room.
You can change the pool towels in our bazaar twice a week for free.
Any additional change will accrue a charge of €1,50 as an ecological rate.
Safe box:
All rooms have a safe.

Opening and closing of the safety deposit box in your room. 

TO SET A CODE OF YOUR CHOICE: 
  • - With the door closed, enter a four-digit code and press the green button.
  • - Repeat this operation (this second time is to confirm the code entered).
OPEN:  
  • - Enter the set password and press the green button.
CLOSE:  
  • - Enter the set password and press the green button. 
Remember that the hotel is only responsible for the theft of the objects that are inside the safe and up to a limit amount.
Room cleaning:
If you do not wish to be disturbed during the normal room cleaning hours (09.00am - 3:00pm), please indicate this with the “DO NOT DISTURB”.
For any special service you need, such as hangers, extra pillows, mattress toppers, etc., contact reception.
Telephone:
In the display on your desk, you will find a telephone directory that explains the steps to follow to make calls from your room.
Calls abroad will be charged to your room account.
Voltage:
The outlets you have in your room run on 220 volts.
Breakdowns:
If you detect any fault or defect both in your room and in the hotel, we would appreciate it if you would notify the reception to be able to correct it as soon as possible.
Fridge:
Each room is equipped with a small free-use fridge.
Laundry:
If you want your clothes to be washed or ironed, you just have to put them in the bag that you will find in your bedroom closet. Don't forget to fill out and sign the laundry form. You will also find the price list on the webapp, mark the desired service in the menu and select the garments.
This service does not work on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
If you want urgent service (24 hours) we will charge an additional 50% of the price of the rate.
Deliver your clothes to the waitress before 12 noon or contact reception.
The hotel is only responsible for a maximum value of 300% of the amount requested.
Suspecting Covid-19, we reserve the right to admit clothing.
Water:
Tap water is not drinkable, so we do not recommend that you consume it.
In Gran Canaria, as in many other Spanish regions, water is a scarce commodity. Simple measures, such as turning off the tap while lathering in the shower or brushing teeth, help save water.
We take care of your safety:
We take care of your safety and also that of our employees, so we ask you to take into account the following recommendations:
Needles: If you use hypodermic needles, inform your waitress or reception and we will provide you with a container where you can deposit them.
Glasses: Deposit glass or crystal containers next to the wastebasket to be removed by your waitress, do not throw them inside. In case they are broken, notify reception immediately to send you the cleaning service.
Suntan lotions: Use caution when using spray oil suntan lotions indoors as they stain the floor, slip, and can cause falls.
